We just had this for lunch at school this week. Let me explain, I work at a private independent school and we have a chef and a sous chef - crazy I know,but they made steak stuffed with....stuffing and it was delicious. I never would have thought of doing that!
ReplyDeleteWow a school that has real chefs! I am impressed. It is a super easy dish to make - just don't over cook it, then it gets tough.
